　　Qualifications

　　30-40 years old，Bachelor degree or above.
　　Property or Engineering or Management Major.
　　Must have Property Practice Certificate.
　　More than 5 years project manager management experience in public construction industry, Strong communication and English expression ability.
　　Have high professional quality, sense of responsibility, service awareness, emergency response ability.
　　Familiar with all aspects of public property management and laws and regulations.
　　Familiar with ISO 09001 / 14001 / 18001 system and KPI assessment.
　　Familiar with office automation software operation.
　　English can be using as working language.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Be responsible for the daily operation and management of the property project.
　　Be responsible for formulating the management objectives of property management, including a series of rules and regulations and operating procedures.
　　Be responsible for coordinating the internal and external relations of the company, maintaining and improving the company's image.
　　Be responsible for the collection of property management related fees.

　　任職要求
　　30-40周歲，本科以上學歷;
　　物業(yè)/工程/管理類專業(yè);
　　持有物業(yè)經(jīng)理從業(yè)證書;
　　5年以上公建類業(yè)態(tài)項目經(jīng)理管理經(jīng)驗，有較強的溝通能力及中英文表達能力；
　　有較高的職業(yè)素質(zhì)、責任感、服務意識、應急處理能力；
　　熟悉公建類物業(yè)管理的各環(huán)節(jié)及各項法律法規(guī)；
　　熟悉ISO 09001/14001/18001體系及KPI考核；
　　熟悉辦公自動化軟件操作；
　　英語可作為工作語言。

　　崗位職責
　　全面負責物業(yè)項目日常經(jīng)營管理工作；
　　負責制定物業(yè)管理方面的管理目標，包括制定一系列的規(guī)章制度和操作規(guī)程；
　　負責協(xié)調(diào)好公司內(nèi)、外部的相關(guān)關(guān)系，維持并提升公司的形象；
　　負責物業(yè)管理相關(guān)費用的收繳工作；
　　負責組織對應急事件、突發(fā)事件的處理，做好糾正預防工作；
